The staff at this hotel are incredibly polite, helpful, and friendly. They are always ready to assist you and ensure you have a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, as it is very near to the old Mumbai Pune highway and on the main highway. This makes it easy to visit other places and access the Kasarwadi station. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities you need. Additionally, the breakfast served at the hotel has limited options but is satisfying and a good start to your day.

The hotel didn't allow food delivery to guests' rooms which was quite inconvenient. the staff struggled to speak fluent English which made communication difficult sometimes.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area, away from the main road, making it nice and quiet for sleeping. It's also very close to the highway which makes it a good base for visiting other places. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had many options to choose from.

The bathroom could use some improvement as some rooms have water outlets away from the shower, making the floor wet.
